Additionally, all Florida interpreters, Florida translators or Florida videographers, CVLS, may be scheduled via telephone, online, e-mail or fax.

• The type of service you require
• The case style and number
• The date and time, including time zone, when the service is needed
• Address of the service location, with a phone number if possible
• Approximate duration
• The name of the deponents and/or judge
• Videographer?
