The Certified Multimedia Expert (CME) program was created to meet the increasing demands on companies providing court reporting and video services. Graduates of the program will possess the practical skills and advanced expertise to optimize the quality and delivery of all services involving various media formats (electronic transcripts, scanned exhibits, audio/video, Internet streaming, and on-demand access).

Members of the CME program are trained and certified on manual and auto-synching of audio/video, exhibit linking, proper media delivery options, streaming live depositions with LiveNote Stream, producing LEF and Publisher Bundle files, and using online repositories for transcripts, exhibits and multimedia files. The training also includes helpful information to support the court reporter at deposition sites.
